When 6,000 square feet of disused commercial building – an old wedding dress factory and latterly left disused and abandoned and squatted in for seven years – was bought it called for a major overhaul. Reinstallation of all the electrics and plumbing was just the beginning.
Now, it’s home to eight commercial creative studios and buzzes with life.
